Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Heavy items such as compost and worm castings may have higher shipping costs due to weight.

We do not currently ship outside the continental United States (custom arrangements may be possible by request).
Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates only; Salem Soil Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has left our facility.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@salemsoilsolutions.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made once the claim is complete.
Shipping Restrictions

Liquid amendments cannot be shipped during freezing conditions in your area. Orders may be held until safe shipping weather is available.

Some equipment may ship directly from the manufacturer; in these cases, shipping times and carriers may vary.
