At Salem Soil Solutions, we strive to ensure your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Heavy items such as compost and worm castings may have higher shipping costs due to weight.

  • We do not currently ship outside the continental United States (custom arrangements may be possible by request).

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; Salem Soil Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has left our facility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@salemsoilsolutions.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made once the claim is complete.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Liquid amendments cannot be shipped during freezing conditions in your area. Orders may be held until safe shipping weather is available.

  • Some equipment may ship directly from the manufacturer; in these cases, shipping times and carriers may vary.
